GHENT, 15 April 2026 – PIA Group Belux announces the strengthening of its management team with the appointment of Alexandre Gangji as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Isabelle Verdoodt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With these strategic appointments, the international accountancy, advisory and audit group headquartered in Ghent takes the next step in its ambition to further professionalise and sustainably support its growth.

Alexandre Gangji brings over twenty years of experience in consulting and international development. He has developed strong experience and expertise in the development and transformation of organizations and has notably held leadership positions at Leyton, where he was responsible for operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany. At PIA Group, he will be responsible for operations and commercial leadership, with a strong focus on strategy and client relationships.

Isabelle Verdoodt joins PIA Group as CFO, bringing broad experience in finance, HR and operations. She built this experience in international and fast-growing environments such as AB InBev, Arvesta and Biofirst. Throughout her career, she has combined strong analytical insight with a clear focus on performance management, process optimisation and team development. At PIA Group, Isabelle will be responsible for further developing a future-oriented finance organisation.
