You have many years of experience as an Account Manager and have reached the senior level, so you are ready to put your expertise to use in a different way. From a technical expert ...
- We start with a short onboarding period during which, as an experienced Account Manager, you’ll become familiar with our approach and learn to work with our digital tools.
- From day one, you’ll be assigned a buddy — a colleague you can turn to for practical tips and support regarding internal practices, agreements, and planning follow-up. You can also count on guidance with your work planning and integration as a new team member.
- You’ll manage your own client portfolio, which you actively advise and support.
- Your responsibilities include, among others, preparing interim figures and budgets, drafting tax estimates, reviewing annual accounts and personal income tax returns, and preparing statutory reports.
- You’ll also take it a step further by creating business plans that proactively support our clients. This is our showpiece, where we create accounting with real added value (be sure to also check our “Our Added Value” page).
... to an inspiring coach
The hands-on work that, as an experienced Account Manager, you’ve long since mastered will take a back seat after the short onboarding. Instead, you’ll use all the expertise you’ve built up to start coaching our Account Managers.
You’ll make the transition from experience to leadership, stepping into the role of Account Supervisor, a position where follow-up and team leadership take center stage. This happens through our leadership training program.

You’ll develop all the soft skills needed to supervise and guide the (experienced) Account Managers in your team.

You’ll learn to lead with inspiration.

You’ll have the support of our in-house coach and your fellow Account Supervisors.
In addition, we work with a personal development plan, aimed at improving certain skills (technical or soft) or developing new ones.
