Did we feel a connection during your interview? Then we’ll build on that connection as quickly as possible. On your first day, you’ll meet all your colleagues right away and begin an onboarding programme tailored to your personal experience and background. This way, you’ll gradually become fully familiar with our approach.

In addition, you’ll get to know everyone better week by week during our team activities and friendly lunch breaks.

During your onboarding, one of your colleagues will take you under their wing. This “buddy” will guide you through the digital tools we work with and — together with the rest of the team — will always be ready to answer any questions you may have.

In addition, you can count on internal training sessions and have the opportunity to participate in workshops and information sessions organised by our office coach. These sessions take place several times a year and focus on both professional and personal topics.
