Promotion Terms and Conditions – Lancr × PIA Group

1. Who is eligible for the promotion?

This promotion is exclusively available to new clients referred through Lancr who, at the time of their application, are active as freelancers, either as sole proprietors or through a company.

For the purposes of this promotion, a freelancer is defined as:

A self-employed professional who carries out time-limited assignments for one or more clients, without working under the authority of those clients in the same way as an employee.

Where the activity is carried out through a company, at least one director or active shareholder must personally carry out the majority of these assignments.

PIA Group reserves the right, in case of doubt, to assess whether an activity falls within this definition.

2. Benefit for companies

Freelancers who carry out their activities through a company receive a one-off benefit of €100 when they become a client of a PIA Group office through Lancr.

3. Payment of the benefit

The €100 benefit is granted after the first invoice for accounting services has been paid in full.

Once payment has been received, the benefit will be transferred to the bank account provided by the client.

If the first invoice is unpaid or only partially paid, payment of the benefit will be suspended until full payment has been received.

The benefit:

• is granted only once per company;

• is non-transferable;

• cannot be exchanged for another benefit;

• does not entitle the client to any additional discount on future invoices.

General Provisions

7. New clients and registration through Lancr

The promotion is exclusively available to new clients referred to PIA Go! or PIA Group through the designated Lancr channel.

The application must be correctly registered as a Lancr referral before the start of the services. The promotion cannot be applied afterwards or retroactively.

8. Limitations

The promotion:

• may only be used once per sole proprietorship or company;

• is non-transferable;

• cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly agreed otherwise;

• applies only to applications accepted by PIA Go! or the relevant PIA Group office.

The benefit for a sole proprietorship and the benefit for a company cannot be combined for the same client or activity.

9. Fees and taxes

After the free month, the fees of the selected PIA Go! plan will apply to sole proprietorships.

For companies, the fees and scope of services are agreed separately with the relevant PIA Group office.

All stated fees are exclusive of VAT unless expressly indicated otherwise.

10. General Terms and Conditions

Services provided to companies are subject to the general terms and conditions of PIA Group BeLux.

In the event of any conflict, these specific promotion terms and conditions shall prevail insofar as the promotional benefit is concerned.
