Combining elite sport and a career as an accountant? For Hélène Connart, it is daily reality. By day she works as an accountant at PIA firm in Brussels, by night she shines in the ring as a top-level kickboxer. A challenge? Definitely. Impossible? Absolutely not. With a rock-solid mindset and a tight schedule, Hélène proves that ambition knows no bounds.

A woman in accountancy? An absolute asset

On March 8, we celebrate International Women’s Day — a moment at PIA Group to highlight our female colleagues. Today, we introduce Annick Jacobs, who in just seven years has advanced to the role of final and office manager at PIA office Van Looy Ekeren. Annick shares how perseverance, self-reflection, and ambition have not only shaped her career, but also transformed her view on leadership and work ethic.

How does the recruitment process work?

1. Job application
You apply to PIA Group through our website.
2. Job application analysis
Our talent scouts will take a close look at your application. Are you the profile we are looking for? Then we will invite you for a video interview.
3. Video interview
During your video interview with our talent scouts, you will get to know our way of working and we will sound out your skills and expectations.
4. Meeting on site
Did your interview go well? Then we will invite you for a follow-up interview on site. This way, you can really get to know the team you will be joining and soak up the atmosphere at your potential new workplace.
5. Financial proposal
Is there a click? Then we will make you a financial proposal based on your expectations and those of the market.
6. Sign contract
